  RYAN AHEARN, is an affiliate with Century 21 that befriended my disabled mother at an AA meeting one year my father's death, knowing fully, that my mom has obvious cognitive impairments from her prior stroke, he still managed to swindle her into signing papers to sell her home. When I approached Ryan and told him her home wasn't ready to be sold, (her home was being remodeled, and we were involved with Social Services to figure out her options) Ryan arrogantly smirked at me and said "Why? She's competent right?". Ryan purposely took full advantage of my mother's mental capacity, coursing her into alienating her family. Ryan has refused to provide any account for any of the missing assets from her home, as he 'cleaned it out' before his quick sale. Ryan not only sold her house well below value, but also charged her at least 9% for doing so (6% is normal high), and we are still looking into other money he's exploited from her. After contacting his 'broker', Wade Williams from Century 21, concerning Ryan's Ethics and other obvious concerns, I got nowhere. Wade Williams agreed with what Ryan was doing, despite my mother's situation, impairments and family concerns. Ryan encouraged my Mother to not see a psychiatrist to evaluate her mental state and even accompanied her several times to see her attorney, aquiring information reguarding her assets. My family is currently pursuing a grievance with the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Better Business Bureau, and hopefully criminal charges(and whomever else will listen). It's rather discouraging knowing that Century 21 encourages this type of business ethics and behavior from those they affilitate with. Ryan not only tore our family apart, but laughed all the way to the bank knowing fully what he was doing. Ryan has not only caused our family alot of pain, but has hugely impacted my handicapped brother's future, as the sale of my parents home was to fund my Brother's Special Needs Trust. It is utterly appalling what this man has done to our family and I hate to see what's happened to our family happen to you or your loved ones. PLEASE BE CAREFUL... BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!!
